Kim's passion for adventure, community, and teaching, along with her deep commitment to wellness is embedded into all of her offerings.
She wholeheartedly believes in the transformative power of rest, yoga, restorative breathing, and smiles, bringing people together regardless of language or cultural barriers.
She thoughtfully curates wellness experiences catering to the varying needs of the individual or group.
She incorporates a variety of healing techniques into all offerings, knowing that what works for one person may not be what's best for someone else.
As a former elementary educator, she is skilled in finding innovative ways to support the unique needs of each person she works with. And if she can't, she typically knows someone else who can!
