I am passionate about yoga, meditation, energy work, well-being, and the therapeutic benefits of being on or near the water!  I am excited to get to know you and support you along your wellness journey.

Yoga and other healing modalities have brought me a sense of peace, presence, and acceptance, which I am excited to share with each of you.

MY STORY

In July 2022, I resigned from my life as an international elementary teacher, reading specialist, and literacy coach, without much of a plan, but knowing that I needed to take a step back! After 18 years in education and a lifetime of seeking a deeper sense of Self, I decided to take a year off to see where life took me. And I am so happy I did!

I traveled solo for a few months and then enrolled in a yoga teacher training with Dani Reidy, founder of Arrow Yoga. Yoga has always found a place in my life, no matter where I lived. I could go months without practicing and yet I would always come back to my mat. Once I got quiet and listened to what my body, heart & soul needed, things started shifting and the path unfolding became clearer.

Since 2023, I've delved deeper into learning holistic practices to support others on a similar journey. I am now a yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher, Reiki practitioner, and StandUp paddleboard (SUP) instructor, combining my love of the water with wellness!

I created The Educator's Path to Freedom Program™— where I guide educators 1:1 through the Energetic Freedom Framework™ -- a powerful, personalized approach to releasing chronic stress, rewiring your body and mind, and reclaiming your energy and joy, so you can shift into alignment, where ease, abundance, and flow become your natural state.

I've also stepped onto the path toward leading wellness retreats. And I hope you'll join me!

From the beginning...

Over two decades ago, while working at a gym in Towson, Maryland, I found yoga. Initially, it was just a post-workout cooldown, not a passion. It wasn't until I started teaching elementary school that a studio in Baltimore introduced me to the spiritual side of yoga, transforming my practice beyond the physical asana.

Game changer.

I found a welcoming and safe haven away from the stress and hustle of work. It was a place I could go when I needed calm and balance. The friendships I've developed with others in the wellness space are authentic, growth-oriented, and supportive.

Yoga has always been an anchor that grounded me and helped me connect to myself and others.  While living in Morocco and Taiwan and traveling abroad, I explored different cultural and spiritual practices. Practicing yoga around the world and in different languages, helped me realize that on my mat, I could find calm, comfort, and confidence. No matter where I am, when I'm on my mat or my meditation cushion, I can always find safety and trust within myself. I want others to find that same connection with themselves.

My Why

Back in 2012, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Visiting so many specialists and dealing with the effects of chronic pain, inflammation, brain fog, and gut issues was overwhelming. I knew there had to be more to healing than taking multiple pills every day. I’ve always been sensitive, and the side effects just weren’t worth it. So, I started looking for more holistic solutions to get me to the root cause.

Through yoga, other holistic practices, and natural remedies, I’ve found ways to ease my symptoms, blending Eastern and Western healing practices.

Now, I’m happy to be able to share what I’ve learned—to help you manage stress, avoid burnout, and feel more at home in your body. I bring my love of teaching, empowering others, and nurturing relationships into all that I do

My mission? To help you feel good, so you can thrive—personally and professionally.
